The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the authorities below without jurisdiction removed the petitioner who is a Gram Rojgar Sevak in Gram Panchayat, Bori under Section 39(1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 09.12.2024.

Ms. M. R. Kavimandan, the learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2/State.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the other respondent Nos.3 to 7 by private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall
