Based on the constitutional protection/fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 15 and 16 of the Constitution of India, it is claimed that after selection of the petitioners for the post of Police Constable, who claim to belong to 'Zade' community, Nomadic Tribe-C Category, are not granted appointment orders pending issuance of validity certificate, but the candidates belonging to 'Dhangar' Community are granted appointment orders for the said post by the respondent No.2Superintendent of Police, Gadchiroli by applying different yardstick. It is claimed that this is a blatant violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 15 and 16 of the Constitution of India. 3.
Issue notice for final disposal of the matter, to the respondents, returnable on December 06, 2024.

We direct the respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police Gadchiroli to file an affidavit within a period of one week from today.
