Mr. Chauhan, learned GP for the Respondents/State, has tendered across the bar a communication dated 28.11.2024, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification, by which the communication dated 19.11.2024 directing the Petitioners not to continue with the exercise of recruitment in the decision of Contempt Petition No.315/2024 has been withdrawn.

In light of the aforesaid communication, the way for the Petitioners to conduct the exercise of recruitment

2 17.WP.6894-2024.odt stands cleared. The record in fact indicates multiple interferences in the matter of conduct of the recruitment by the Petitioners, inspite of several directions by this Court. 4.

We do hope, that the entire process of recruitment will now be completed without any hitch and without any interference from the Respondents.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the above statement. No costs.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
