It is the submission of the petitioner that he is wrongly declared medically unfit by the Review Medical Board on account of Folliculitis with xerosis over buttock and found unsuitable for the post.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly stated that in one of the identical matter, this Court in Writ Petition No.7354/2024 considering the grievance of somewhat identical nature held that a Review Medical Board can be constituted again and the petitioner would be tested actually by making him wear the combat gear and perform the activities, based upon which, a Medical Report can be submitted to this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner did not objected the proposal given by learned counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, we direct the respondents to constitute a Review Medical Board and test the petitioner's eligibility by making him wear the combat gear and perform the activities and submit the medical report within four weeks.
