It is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that under the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 11 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, the claim of the petitioner for reimbursement of the fees for 25% of the seats, which were made available to the backward class students, is not considered by the respondents.
