The petition seeks a limited relief of direction to the respondent to decide the complaints dated 20/09/2024, 18/10/2024 and 21/10/2024 filed by the petitioners. This is even otherwise, an obligation of the respondent considering which, since learned counsel Mr.Dahat holding for Mr.Kasat, learned counsel for the respondent-AMC, already appears on behalf of the respondent-AMC, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent to decide the complaints of the petitioner No.2 one way or the other in terms of the law applicable as expeditiously as possible and as far as possible within a period of three weeks from today.
