(2) Learned Counsel for the Respondent has pointed out that there is no ground to file reply to the present Writ Petition. The impugned order is dated 26/06/2023 and the Petition is filed after one and a half year i.e. on 24/10/2024. In fact, the Respondent herein filed contempt proceedings before the learned Industrial Court, and therefore, the present Petition is filed.

(3) Heard learned Counsel for the Respondent substantially. In fact, I am of the opinion that there is no merit in the Petition, however, at the request of learned AGP, list the matter on 11/03/2025 to submit her contentions, by way of last chance.
