The contention is that inspite of making various complaints by the petitioner, who is a retired employee of respondent no.5 and got all the retiral benefits, alleging the fraud and other irregularities committed by respondent no.5Society and seeking directions to the other respondents to conduct enquiry into the allegations of illegal appointments made by the respondent no.5-Society and other irregularities and to take necessary action against it.

Having considered the submissions, we doubt the locus of the petitioner to file a petition. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will move an appropriate application before the appropriate Bench for converting this petition as Public Interest Litigation.
