Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondents to conduct inquiry into the allegations of illegal appointments and other irregularities committed by Respondent No.5 and raised by the petitioner and to take necessary actions against the involved parties if the allegations are found to be true.

The perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner on an earlier occasion had lodged such complaint with the respondent No.1 on 16th November 2022. The respondent No.1
2-WP-6963-2024.odt 2/3 on 5th July 2023 had directed the respondent No.3- Deputy Director of Education Nagpur Division, Nagpur to conduct a detailed inquiry into such allegations as raised by the petitioner against the secretary of respondent No.5- Society. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of clear directions by the respondent No.1, the respondent No.3 has not conducted such inquiry and thus, the illegalities committed by respondent No.5 are being continued. 5.
In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3- Deputy Director of Education Nagpur Division, Nagpur to treat the present writ petition as a representation for the aforesaid reliefs as prayed for.

Respondent No.3- Deputy Director of Education Nagpur Division, Nagpur is directed to look into the said representation and take decision in accordance with the law by granting opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties . 7.
The petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed by this Court so also the copy of the writ petition before respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of decision.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the petition, pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
