The petitioner Nos.2 to 4 schools are managed by the petitioner No.1 Society whose prayer for grant of additional staff in lieu of the policy of Government is claimed to be pending from 19.10.2023 to 5.9.2024. It is claimed that such claim of the petitioners is required to be decided in terms of existing policy of the Government having regard to the strength of the students.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioners to appear before respondent No.2 who shall decide the claim of the petitioners pending vide representation dated 10.10.2023, 4.3.2024 and 5.9.2024 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of production of this order. 4.

Petition stands partly allowed.
