In this petition, the petitioner is Village Development Officer, who assailed the validity of the order of transfer dated 28.02.2024.

Admittedly, the petitioner has complied the order of transfer, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order of transfer is stigmatic.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.03.2025.
