Our attention is invited to the judgment of the learned Single Judge in Civil Writ Petition No.940/2021 in the matter of Ashok Dukiya V/s. Union of India decided on 9.2.2021 of High Court of Rajasthan at Jodhpur. It is claimed that the reason which has prompted disqualification of the petitioner in the said case is same which has been held to be not sustainable for justifying the disqualification. 6.
In this background, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to file their response by the returnable date. 7.
We post the matter for further consideration on 12.12.2024. (MRS.VRUSHALI V.JOSHI, J.) (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) Tambaskar.
