The petition raises a grievance that in spite of the award dated 28/07/2023, granting compensation of Rs.71,84,037/- for the acquisition of .06 HR of land from and out of the land of Survey No.5/1, Mouza Bhousa (pg.76), the payment is not being done, which was required to be done by the National Highway Authority, considering which, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19/12/2024.
