DATED : 8th APRIL, 2025 Mr. Kathane, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, upon instructions, makes a statement, that the application filed by the respondent No.1 before the learned Arbitrator against the Award dated 28.07.2023, in respect of the land admeasuring 0.06 HR from and out of land survey No. 5/1, Mouza Bhosa, is pending adjudication. Mr. Deo, learned counsel for the petitioners agrees for expeditious disposal of the same by co-operating with the respondents and the learned Arbitrator in that regard. In that view of the same, we dispose off the petition by direction to the learned Arbitrator to decide the application pending before him as expeditiously as possible and within a period of six months from today.
