The petitioner/applicant moved this application to permit him to amend the petition on the ground that before the passing of the order on 11/12/2024 by this Court, respondent No.2 had passed the order on 10/12/2024. Therefore, through this amendment, the petitioner wants to bring the facts on record.

None appears for the respondents, though served. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within one week thereafter.
