DATED : 10/03/2025 In the present petition, Notification dated 02.12.2024 (page 68) is under challenge. It is contention of the petitioner that though it is styled as Notification, it is the order passed by the District Sub Registrar, Co-operative Society, Wardha who is exercising powers of State Government.

Learned A.G.P. contended that Chapter 17 Rule 18 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, there cannot be any challenge to the Notification before the Single Bench while exercising jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
