Mr. N. S. Rao, learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for the respondent Nos.1 to 3/State.

The grievance of the petitioner is about the failure of the respondents in permitting the petitioner to participate in the tender process. The petitioner was disqualified for certain reasons. It is not clear from the perusal of the record, which is produced from the office of the respondent No.2, as to whether such disqualification was communicated to the petitioner or not.

The learned A.G.P. seeks time till Tuesday i.e. 17.12.2024 to ascertain the facts from the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Stand over to 17.12.2024, as a last chance.
