Prima facie we are satisfied that the allotment of the tank in question is not conducted in the transparent And neutral manner. As such, said allotment is subject to outcome of the petition. 3.

The reply filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 is taken on record. The learned Advocate for the petitioner to submit counter, if any, within two weeks from today.

Intervention application is allowed. The intervenor to be added forthwith as respondent No.4.

Issue notice to respondent No.4.
