DATE : 21ST APRIL, 2025 The only relief claimed in the present petition is for a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 7 to release and pay the outstanding amount, towards reimbursement of fees of the students admitted under 25% of the RTE quota in the petitioner No.2 school. In support of the claim that amounts are due and payable under the aforesaid position, a chart has been filed at page 40, which shows an amount of Rs.16,15,504/- as due and payable. We, therefore, dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.6 to verify the position regarding what is stated in the chart at page 40 of this petition, within a period of one week from today and submit a report to the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 within a week thereafter. We further direct the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 to ensure payment of the amount of reimbursement as verified and found by the respondent No.6 within a KHUNTE
