In the present writ petition the order passed by the Registrar General and Special Registrar Co-operative Society, Pune, dated 09/05/2024, rejecting the application for review No. 16/2018. The said decision was in view of the judgment of Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 14387/2019, holding that revision cannot lie, however, the said order was reviewed by the Bench at Aurangabad and review application was allowed. In view of the order dated 12/09/2024, passed in Review Application (Civil) No. 196/2024, the order passed by the Registrar General of Money Lenders and Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Pune, is also needs to be reviewed as there is no other ground for rejecting the application other than the judgment in Writ Petition No. 14387/2019. As order is reviewed and it is held that revision is maintainable before the Registrar General of Money Lenders and Registrar of Co-operative Societies the matter is remitted back to the learned Registrar General of Money Lenders and Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Pune, for fresh consideration. 3.

Parties to appear before the Registrar General of Money Lenders and Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Maharashtra, Pune, on 14/05/2025.
