DATED : 10/03/2025 It appears that this Court vide order dated 10.02.2025, permitted the petitioners to serve respondent through Counsel in the Trial Court, if such service is accepted by the Counsel. Liberty was also granted to serve the respondent by Registered Post AD or by any other private mode available in law. 2.

It appears that the Counsel for respondent has not accepted the service and copy of petition sent through RPAD, returned back with an endorsement 'refused'. As such, this Court has no hesitation to hold that the respondent is residing in the same address, however, refused to accept the same.

Though, it appears that respondent is avoiding the service, issue fresh notice to the respondent, returnable on 28.03.2025.
