The Petitioner No.18 filed a Pursis No. 02/2025 dated 04.01.2025 stating that, since he is being given the benefit of Category-I as provided in Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024, he does not want to proceed with the matter and prayed for deletion of his name from the array of Petitioners. Considering the above-stated reason, we direct the Petitioners to delete the name of the Petitioner No.18 from the array of Petitioners.
CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO. 946/2025 1.
The Petitioner No.7 moved this application to delete his name from the array of Petitioners, as Respondent No.2 has assured him that the Transfer Order issued against him will be revoked. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to delete the name of the Petitioner No.7 from the array of Petitioners.

The Petitioners moved this application to permit them to amend the Petition on the ground that the Principal Bench of this Court passed an order in Writ Petition No.9495/2023 on 01.04.2025, thereby issued specific directions to follow the Government Resolution dated 15.02.2018, and therefore, the Petitioners want to incorporate the said facts in the present Petition. 2.
Mr. Fulzele, learned Addl.GP for the Respondent No.1/State and Mr. Shinde, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, have no objection to the said amendment.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed. The Petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within two days and supply a copy of the amended Petition to the other side. 4.
The Respondents are to file their reply by 28.04.2025.

List the matter on 29.04.2025.

Interim order dated 16.01.2025 to continue till then.
