The petitioners are seeking challenge to the impugned order dated 03/12/2024 issued by respondent No.3 - the Education Officer (Primary), Z.P., Gadchiroli thereby rejecting the proposal of petitioner Nos.3 and 4 for grant of their Shalarth ID.

In view of above, issue notice to respondent No.3, returnable on 12/11/2025.

Mr. J.Y. Ghurde, learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
