The claim of the petitioner that she belongs to the 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe was rejected by an order dated 20/06/2024, passed by the respondent - Committee. Hence, the petitioner has preferred this petition.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's brother has also challenged the said order in Writ Petition No.7329/2024, which is pending. Therefore, he requested that both petitions be tagged together. 3.

In view of the same, issue a notice to the respondent.
