ATE : APRIL 02, 2025 1) We have found, that the indemnity bond, submitted by the petitioner in pursuance to the directions of the J.M.F.C. Court No.3 Saoner, dated 14/08/2024 and in Criminal M.A. No.300/2024 dated 09/10/2024 submitted by the petitioner were not in consonance with the language assuring an indemnity on account of which the petitioner has thereafter surrendered the vehicle to the respondent No.5 and upon submission of proper indemnity, has also released it in favour of the petitioner. The respondent No.5 has also filed reply dated 21/03/2025, in para 1 has tendered an unconditional apology and given an assurance that he is duty bound to comply with the orders of the Court. Considering the above background, we accept his apology and drop the notice of contempt.

2) The petition insofar as the vehicle is concerned, on account of the fact that the vehicle stands released in favour of the petitioner stands worked out.
