Against the order of suspension of pharmaceutical licence, an appeal is informed to be pending.

The order of suspension is to be given effect from 23.12.2024. The petitioner has already preferred an appeal which is pending before the State Government.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to direct the State Government to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four months from the date of production of this order. 5.

We direct the petitioner to appear before the State Government on 23.12.2024 and the State Government shall decide the prayer for grant of interim relief be decided in any case by 31.12.2024. 6.
