The rejection of the Petitioner to the post of Constable in CRPF, is on account of the Medical Report (page 84), as the Petitioner has been found to be suffering from Verrucous epidermal nevus, which according to the report, hamper while wearing of combat gear. There however does not appear to be an actual testing done in this regard, so as to enable the Medical Officer to determine whether wearing of combat gear really in fact interferes with the function of the Petitioner, on account of which the declaration of the Petitioner as unfit, cannot be sustained. 3.

Mr. Dhumane, learned Counsel for the Respondents, however, upon instructions makes a statement,

2 70.WP.7354-2024.odt that a Review Medical Board would be constituted again and the Petitioner would be tested actually by making her wear the combat gear and perform the activities, based upon which a Medical Report would be submitted to this Court, considering which, list the matter on 18.02.2025 to place the Report of the Review Medical Board.

The Respondents to intimate the Petitioner on the date on which she has to appear before the Review Medical Board.
