The petitioner is claimed to have been absent on 17.02.2025, on which date, she was asked to remain present before the Review Medical Board in terms of directions of this Court on 04.02.2025. Though it is an admitted position, that she has appeared before the Review Medical Board on 14.2.2025 and 15.2.2025. Though we had recorded the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner in the order dated 24.02.2025 that the petitioner was asked to appear on 17.2.2025 in proper uniform that appears to be incorrect as the uniform is to be provided by the respondents. It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondents, that on 15.02.2025 after the visit to the dermatologist the petitioner had appeared before the

2 61-7354-24.odt Review Medical Board at 5:30 PM on account of which she was asked to come on 17.02.2025 on which day she was absent. The reason therefore given for absence before the Board on 17.2.2025 does not appeal to us. However, considering that the petitioner deserves an opportunity, the respondents are directed to again reconstitute the Review Medical Board, which according to the learned counsel for the respondents, upon instructions of the officer of the respondents, who is present in the Court shall be reconstituted and will be sitting on 10.03.2025 at Composite Hospital, Group Center CRPF, Nagpur, on which date, the petitioner shall appear at 10:30 am. It is made clear, that in case the petitioner does not appear on that date before the Review Medical Board, no further indulgence shall be granted to the petitioner.
