ATE : JANUARY 21, 2025 1) It is claimed by learned Senior Counsel Mr.Dharmadhikari for respondent No.3 that there is discrepancy between the location of the land claimed to be occupied by respondent No.3 which is said to be the land of Survey No.94 as indicated in the measurement map dated 03/01/2025 in respect of measurement carried out on 28/11/2024 at the behest of respondent No.3 (pg.247) and the panchnama done on 28/11/2024 (pg.251).

2) Learned Government Pleader Mr.Chavan is therefore, directed to file an affidavit explaining this position. 3) List the matter on 04/02/2025.

4) Ad interim order dated 20/12/2024 to continue till then.
