DATE : 5TH FEBRUARY, 2025 The petition questions the judgment dated 06/12/2024, passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, raising a challenge, to the order dated 17/06/2024,, by which the application of the petitioner to engage counsel was rejected (Pg.92). According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the entire crossexamination was over on 16/11/2024. That being the case, we do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 06/12/2024 as the challenge has become infructuous. The petition is therefore dismissed. No costs. 2.

Needless to say, that it would be permissible to the petitioner to raise a grievance regarding not permitting the petitioner to cross-examine the witnesses in appropriate proceedings.
