By way of this amendment, they want to challenge the order passed on the Application for dismissal of the execution below Exhibit 42 which was rejected. Though the said order was passed on 20/12/2024 itself, inadvertently, it was not mentioned in the original Petition. (2) Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection for such amendment.
