After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the petition, the counsel for petitioner requested to issue appropriate directions to the concerned court to decide the Civil Suits pending between the litigating parties bearing Regular Civil Suit No.46/2015 and Regular Civil Suit No.84/2016 expeditiously.

In the light of consensus between the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned court is directed to decide both the civil suits within a period of six month from today.
