The Petitioners moved an application to permit them to amend the Petition on the ground that after filing of the Petition, transfer order was issued by the Respondent No.2. Therefore, they want to challenge the same, for which the learned Counsel for the Respondents have no objection as they would get an opportunity to file an additional affidavit in that regard. Having considered the same, the application is allowed as prayed.

The Petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within one week from today and supply a copy of the amended Petition to the Respondents within one week thereafter.

The Respondents shall file a reply to the amended Petition by the returnable date.
