The contention is that in spite of the order dated 24.07.2024, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Buldhana (page 88), directing the grant of sanad, after the final demarcation plan, in pursuance to which the sanad would be issued, it is contended, that though there is no final demarcation done as yet, accepted by all authorities by the impugned communication dated 22.08.2024, the respondent No.3 by the communication dated 22.8.2024 (page 89), has stayed the permission for construction and has also cancelled the sanad already granted. It is contended, that in view of what has been held and directed in the order dated 24.07.2024, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (page 88), the sanad could not have been cancelled by the respondent No.3.

Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 30.01.2024.
