ATE : APRIL 07, 2025 1) Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the documents filed along with rejoinder dated 28/03/2025, do not relate to the petitioner and therefore, while filing the reply by respondent No.3, they were not so addressed. He therefore seeks two weeks time to file an additional affidavit. 2) The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the documents are related to the petitioners itself and therefore ought to have been addressed by respondent No.3 in the original reply.

3) List the matter on 21/04/2025. It is made clear that if the Court finds that the documents filed by the petitioners along with the rejoinder, as indicated above, relate to the petitioners, the Court shall be constrained to impose exemplary costs upon the respondent No.3 for not having addressed those documents in its reply and indulging in a policy of suppression.
