In this writ petition, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the show cause notice dated 22nd January, 2021 issued by respondent, by which respondent has sought an explanation as to why the caste certificate issued in favour of the petitioner be not cancelled. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter some time seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the competent authority which has issued the show cause notice to the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of liberty, as prayed for. 4.

Needless to state that it is open for the petitioner to urge all such contentions before the competent authority as may be permissible in law.
