The Petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 24.10.2024, before Respondent No.2 - Village Panchayat of Penha de Franca. Till date, no decision is taken on this complaint. Therefore, Respondent No.2 is directed to consider this complaint and take a decision on it within a period of one month from today after hearing both the parties in accordance with law and rules. The question of locus is also kept open.
