Considering that Regular Civil Suit No. 97/2015 has reached the stage of defence evidence as stated by the learned Advocate for Respondent No.1, while Regular Civil Suit No. 116/2002/F is listed for evidence of the Plaintiff on 17.10.2025, both suits being placed on the same date i.e. 17.10.2025, the Trial Court is requested to defer the defence evidence of Regular Civil Suit No. 97/2015 to any date after 10.10.2025. The evidence in the second suit, which is to record the Plaintiff's evidence, may continue on that date, considering that the Plaintiff is 82 years old.
