2. Learned Advocate Mr. Neelesh Takkekar, appearing for the Petitioners, submits that several errors have crept up in the petition, including wrongly disclosed Respondents and certain factual errors. Since he is now engaged for the Petitioner, he, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with leave to file fresh petition impugning the same order dated 03.04.2024. Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 were impleaded in the suit.

3. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn 13th February, 2026
