Heard Mr Narcinha Verenkar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 04.03.2024. Mr Arolkar learned Additional Government Advocate waives service on behalf of respondents no.1 and 6.

3. Leave is granted to amend the cause title and sue the Communidade through its Attorney instead of the Administrator. Leave is also granted to implead the Administrator of Communidade, North Zone, as respondent No.7.

4. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

5. Mr Verenkar undertakes to provide process fees and copies within a week for service of notice on the respondents. He states that he will also provide copies of this petition to Mr Arolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate.

6. Leave is granted to file additional documents under the cover of an additional affidavit within a week.

7. All these are also to be provided to the learned Additional Government Advocate and the respondents.
