Mr. Shirodkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Municipal Council/Respondent No. 2, submits that the show-cause notice earlier issued by the Corporation has been concluded and, therefore, action has already been taken in the matter. In view of the above, no further issue survives in this petition.

2. However, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not present today. As such, stand over to 12.1.2026 so as to pass an effective order in the matter.
