Mr Desai learned counsel for the petitioner in WP 472/20924 submits that there was delay in depositing the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 9.5.2024 read with 19.6.2024. He submits that the demand draft is ready. However, the file before the trial Court 25th July, 2024

WP 413 of 2024 is not traceable, he, therefore, was unable to deposit it.

2. Since the demand draft is already drawn in the name of the trial court, Registry/Nazir of the trial Court is directed to accept such a demand draft which the petitioner is going to deposit by tomorrow in Regular Civil Suit No. 36/2019/C. Petitioner to report compliance after such deposit is made.

3. Parties are put to notice that both the matters will be taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

4. Stand over to 14.8.2024.
