It appears that Mr. Laban Carvalho was earlier appearing for the petitioner. The learned Counsel had given his No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Mr. P. A. Kamat to appear. Mr. Kamat had filed his Vakalatnama along with NOC but now he submits that even he has returned the brief as desired by the petitioner and gave him the NOC. Mr. Kamat requested that he may be discharged from appearing for the petitioner. Mr. Kamat is accordingly discharged.

2. Issue notice to the petitioner, returnable on 12.03.2025. 4th March, 2025
