Though the main prayer in this petition is regarding the payment of full dues which according to the petitioner, is payable to him, at this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this petition. His only limited request today is that the representation made by the Petitioner before the concerned Authorities be directed to be considered expeditiously, and the result thereof should be informed to him, considering that he is 76 years of age. The request is reasonable. The Authorities are directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and rules. He shall be informed about the result of the representation as early as possible. 10th November, 2025
