1. Mr R. Gawas holding for Mr S. Priolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate states that pursuant to the order dated 9th February 2026, passed by this Court, the Directorate of Education has passed orders in terms of Sub Clause (7) of Section 20 of the Education Act, after hearing both sides. However, Mr Gaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners as well as Mr Nigel Da Costa Frias and Mr C. Padgaonkar, learned counsel representing the 25th March, 2026

2 WP 456 2024 Respondent Nos.4 and 5 respectively state that none of them have served a copy of the order passed by DoE.

2. In these circumstances, the Director of Education is directed to serve a copy of the order passed by him on the parties concerned within this week. Considering that the order is passed by the Director of Education, nothing survives in the present petition.

3. Needless to state that if any party is aggrieved by the order passed by the Director of Education, they are at liberty to challenge the said order, considering that such grievance will be a fresh cause of action.

4. Needless also to state that in case of a challenge to the order passed by the DoE, all contentions of all parties are left open in case any such fresh proceedings are initiated by any of the parties to the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.
