1. Ms Mordekar, the learned Additional Government Advocate made a statement on 18.03.2025 that the application for renewal of the unit of respondent No.8 would be placed before the State Level Committee in its next meeting, submit that the meeting is not scheduled yet.

However, since the statement was recorded that the application would be considered by the State Level Committee, we expect the committee to meet at the earliest and take a decision upon 9th June, 2025

WP 551 of 2024 the said application. For this purpose, we expect the committee to meet and convene its meeting for considering the application of respondent No.8 within a period of four weeks from today. Renotify to 14.07.2025, when we expect the decision of the State Level Committee to be placed before us. NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.
