Heard Mr. Nadkarni for the Petitioner and Mr. Shirodkar for the State.

2. Though on the last date, it is recorded that praecipe is moved before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Mr. Shirodkar submits that till date there is no response.

3. Mr. Nadkarni submits that in the meantime, the Petitioner has received notice from the Mamlatdar dated 11.10.2024 demanding the amount mentioned therein, failing which, the same could be recovered 24th October, 2024

WP 646 of 2024 as land revenue. He submits that he is ready for arguments on interim relief.

4. Since the praecipe is moved, the matter has to be decided by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to expedite the process.

5. Stand over to 13.11.2024.

6. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move the vacation Judge, in case a need arises.
