1. Though a praecipe has been moved for clubbing this matters with matter pending before the Division Bench, Mr. Shirodkar submits that the Registry has informed that the decision is likely to be decided within a week or so.

2. Mr. Nadkarni, appearing for the Petitioner, submits that immediately after passing of the order on 24/10/2024, the Petitioner received another letter from the Mamlatdar asking Petitioner to deposit the entire amount.
