1. The learned Counsel placed on record a communication dated 27.11.2025 issued by the Dean, Goa Medical College, whereby the e-tender No. GMC/PS/U-X/Sweeping & Swabbing/2023-24/40/ 11987 dated 08.02.2024 floated for the contract of housekeeping and 4th March, 2026

1 WP 697 2024 maintenance services in Goa Medical College, has been withdrawn; there is a proposal for re-tender of the said work.

2. In view of this communication, the challenge in the petition has been rendered infructuous, on which basis the petition stands disposed of.
