In this Petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash and set aside the tender dated 08.02.2024 and the Condition Nos. 2, 5, 8, 8(b) prescribed in the eligibility criteria, Stage-I and Serial No. 21 to the aforesaid tender.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that despite the period of more than one year, till date, the tender process is not complete in as much as no work order is issued.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, learned Additional Government Advocate prays for short accommodation to seek 12th March, 2025
